I'm primarily a still photographer shooting recitals and performances for dance schools and companies. I also shoot video for these same schools and up till now have used a brace of GL2's. I just got hired to shoot a small promotional video and my client wants HD as well as SD, so it's time to upgrade. I'm selling one of the the GL2s to partially cover the cost of a new HD camera.

I bought this camera used from a person who bought it new and shot one wedding with it. Since then I've put about 60 hours on it shooting dance recitals and I've never had any problems at all. I use a DVCAM as a deck.

In addition to the camera, I'm including a high capacity battery, a WD-58 wide-angle lens, charger, manual, SD card, etc.

I'm asking $1000 to include shipping to the CONUS. I prefer Google Checkout, but I'll also accept PayPal from verified accounts.

I don't have any history on this board as I'm fairly recent to video, but you can find I have a lot of history on the POTN forums (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/) under dtrayers and I have a lot of positive feedback as a seller on the Fred Miranda (http://www.fredmiranda.com/) forums under the same user name. You can contact me by PM or from the email in my profile. I'm in the St. Paul area of Minnesota if someone is interested in a local deal.

Here are a couple of photos of the camera:

I posted this Steadicam for sale back a few months ago. Still used only once, in mint condition, in its original backpack. I must sell now due to unfavorable financial conditions (Rent is due, client is not paying)...something about the economy. My loss is your gain. I'm in the LA area. Serious inquiries please. Please call 310-508-3580.

This portable dvd player was used for about 5 hours to better focus the HV20. I ended up getting another camera and packaged it back up into its original box. Comes with two "couplers" (only one is needed) to mate the Canon composite cable with the Sony cable.

I have an original Canon Optura camcorder that would make a terrific capture deck for Mini-DV's, instead of using your expensive cameras.

It's in great shape, heads are in great condition, everything works EXCEPT the little joystick that you use to navigate through the menu system is sporadic at best.

That's why I'm offering it up as a capture deck. You can still use it as a VCR to play tapes through the Firewire port.

This is the camera model I'm selling:
http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/optura1.jpg

The specs on this camera are here --> Consumer Camcorders - VIXIA High Definition Camcorders - Standard Definition Flash Memory Camcorders - Standard Definition DVD Camcorders - Standard Definition miniDV Camcorders - Digital Camcorder - Optura - Canon USA Consumer Products (http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=SupportDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=227&modelid=8275#ModelDetailAct)

Includes Canon battery charger/adapter and 2 BP-915 batteries

Asking $150 shipped CONUS including Paypal.

Moved on up to HD, so selling my family of three PD170s. Two in excellent, if not mint condition, one a little more careworn. All in perfect working condition, both mechanically and optically. One owned from new and has never been used outdoors. I've used them exclusively to record theatre, circus and dance, so they've led a sheltered and cushy existence since I've owned them.

Full details here: PD 170s for sale (http://www.morreaux.com/pd170/)

Prices are for guide purposes only, and include VAT but not delivery.
Inspection and testing welcome in central London, just by Old Street station.

Headed for e-bay later in the week, so if you're interested chirp up and save me the listing fees!

Also for sale one custom made (CP cases) insert for PD170 to fit in Pelican 1550 case, £ 35 + VAT.

This is a UK sale only unless buyer want to travel to London to pay cash and collect.

Cheers

Mark

i can drop the other BPU 60 and sell those on ebay seperately, but by the time you factor in shipping, ebay fees and paypal, forget it. I would rather deal with the cmos issues than lose money, at least for right now.

I don't mean to bring this up again, but after using the crane and comparing it to another crane in the same price range I would like to give a little feedback.

The quality of the crane sold by Greg is much better then the 2nd crane I purchased on eBay. The seller on eBay was great and shipped out the very next day but the crane wasn't nearly as nice.

It was frustrating waiting on Greg and not having my emails replied to but in the end he does put out a nice product.

If anyone out there is looking for a $200 crane you will get better service on eBay but better quality with the crane Greg sells.

Its a great camera. If I were you, I'd try to make money renting it locally. Usage doesn't take as much of a toll as a tape camera, so as long as its well taken care of, no big deal.

Hello,

I have a 25 Wide x 20 High foam-backed green screen with grommets across the 25 foot side. Paid $815 for a 2 day shoot last month. Worked superbly! However I have no use for it anymore and its big and my office is small. Top quality material from LA special effects company EEFX. Is plastic wrapped and in cardboard box just like it was when it came from EEFX 3 weeks ago.

I will sell it for $650 + $30 shipping.

Thanks Bryan. I really have never been contacted by anyone to rent my gear. It isn't
something I am comfortable with unless I know the person. Bryan, if you want to rent
it for shoots, give me a shout, we can meet up. I am going to ask the moderators to kill
this thread.

Have a HV20 for sale. I'm selling it for $325 shipped as I have upgraded to a HV30. Used as a deck and 4 times on events for shooting. Only thing is I lost the top cover as you can see in the pics which covers the accessory shoe. Selling here as I don't want to deal with the ebay fees. I take paypal but would prefer to go through google checkout. It's a easy process.

Pics are attached. Thanks
