Here's a weird one...
I have approximately 60 frames of video I can't get. Can't seem to figure out how to capture it no way, no how. I can't even play it! The screen goes "no signal' blue for a minute, and then kicks into the next peice of footage.
HOWEVER, if I fast forward/reverse play through the region, I can see it! Why? How?
I have tried capturing many different ways...the timecode seems to exist - when the playable footage comes back onto the screen, the right amount of time seems to have gone by... but there is nothing there. It skips the capture of that spot every time.
So my question is.. how can I see it in fast forward/reverse preview, but not be able to capture it. Any suggestions?
The footage is crapped out due to a shot, then rewound a bit to recover some crap footage... but the first minute looks useable... and I want it!
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum... but so it goes. It's HDV btw..
