Hello. I need some wordsmith help modifying a standard release for freelance work. I have this language, which was provided at a workshop:

For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I authorize [PRODUCER] (“Producer”) and [INSERT COMPANY]. (“Company”) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns to make use of my appearance for the program tentatively entitled: (“Program”) and in connection with Producer and/or Company or otherwise.

A couple of issues, I don't work for a Company, so there's nothing for me to insert there, so I'll delete that language.

As for the Program, I hope to shoot shorts/B roll for the web, public access etc. I don't know ahead of time where it will end up and what the name of the program will be.

How do people handle this? Is there some boilerplate language that I just haven't found/thought of?

Thanks

It does get a little trickier when you're not specifying the use.
Check this out: http://www.istockphoto.com/docs/mr_sample.jpg
It's a sample release from a stock photo web site and includes wording like "any use except porno".
