Hi,

I am going to be shooting a Wedding in about 3 weeks time. As this will be in the Scottish winter - most of the filming will be indoors - I hope!

Can anyone recommend the settings to use on the A1 for this. I think the room will have a lot of natural light for the actual ceremony but this will give way to the need for electric lighting by the time of the speeches and dancing.

I am obviously looking for lowest noise whilst retaining as much detail in the whites as I can. I don't want to use a light on the cam unless I absolutely have to.

I was thinking of going with Alister Chapman's LOWLT12 setting.

Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks, Byron.

Best is to download some of the presets from this forum and store them on your SD card. Then see for yourself which one looks best in the environment you describe. However I would NOT use LOWLT12 unless you can't see a hand in front of your face. The colors don't look nice/natural.

Even in winter you should be able to easily shoot a ceremony with normal settings like vividrgb, richrgb, outsiden or naturalo.
