View Full Version : Canon XHA1 1080P/30 Footage Dee Joslin October 7th, 2007, 06:18 AM Try this link. It should work http://gallery.mac.com/ob1dj#100100 Jerome Cloninger October 7th, 2007, 08:58 AM Its 960x540 not 1080. Looks a little underexposed too. Brent Goodale October 7th, 2007, 03:12 PM When did the XHA1 Shoot 1080p?.... Jerrod Cordell October 8th, 2007, 01:42 AM I think they mean that it was edited and exported as a 1080p30, not that it was shot with a 1080p resolution. But it was shot pretty well. I think maybe the colors should be more vibrant, it'd probably give it a better look. Dee Joslin October 8th, 2007, 06:10 AM Shot, of course, in 30F (Canon's fake P). Output to 1080P for BluRay DVD at a later time. No CC. Just shot, edited and posted. I think it speaks well of the Canon picture quality. I was basically testing 60i, 30 and 24F for best visual quality and output to BluRay. The F settings look good but lose some vertical rez. 60i looks more like "video HD" but the higher rez is a plus. But visually, it's not much noticable. Jerome Cloninger October 8th, 2007, 02:11 PM Output to 1080P That and your thread title says 1080p... I was expecting a 1080 video clip and not the 960x540 resolution. |
