I'm in a tricky situation... We edited a scene in a 24p project but the footage itself was 25p. This causes for interpolation and doesn't yield the best results. We also have a complicated workflow, there are bits of CG that are rendered to 24p and then also used in that project, so this 24p project contains a mix of 25p and 24p footage...
My question is: if I take the 25p footage and replace those files with slowed down 24p versions of that footage, is there a way to fix it so that Vegas still uses them correctly? (because the longer the clips, the bigger the shift in time in Vegas after slowing down the clips)
