This never happened to me, but i'm afraid of having to deal with it one day.
What would you do if you got dropped frames in the "I do" moment?
Ever happened to anyone?
How would you deal with it (single camera) ?

have a backup camera (or two) running at all times...

I've had enough times that something unexpected blocked or otherwise made my primary angle less than satisfactory, and there's no substitute for another angle (like if the groom "dips" the bride for the kiss)...

one other option is if you could get stills to put over your backup audio, but that's always dependent on the photog...

What do you mean by "dropped frames?" Did the video drop out? Or audio? Or both? Were you shooting hdv and lost 2 seconds of footage?
