I was curious what would your export settings be, if you wanted to edit a HDV clip in After Effects for some adjustment, and then bring it back in to premiere pro?

Or what would you suggest.

Using the animation codec should make it pretty much lossless I believe.

Thanks James, I was having some issues with exporting quality is why I originally asked this question, but I believe I have solved my issue, I downloaded and installed the newest version of quicktime and the issue seemed to go away.
