One of my customers was very disappointed today. They just couldn't get their wedding DVD to play. After an hour on the phone, and trying 5 different DVD players the husband finally asked "the silver side should be facing up, right?" ...

had this same thing happen this week. i love it.

i think part of the reason this cracks me up so much is that is was the husband. my husband is SO into electronics and his home theater and such. i can't imagine him making such a mistake.
