Several clients lately have not been able to view my quicktime clips, and I've had to encode flash versions. Is there some trick with encoding QT for Vista?

I know this is a really stupid question, but do your clients have the appropriate version of QT installed on their Vista systems (if at all)?

I send clients a QT link and a note saying "QT is best quality - if it doesn't work for you let me know". Last year maybe a third to half wanted another version - this year so far its 100%. At the size/bitrate setting I aim for QT has a definite edge - maybe I'll try tweaking my flv encode settings.
thanks Jason

If, for some reason, the user's version of QuickTime is earlier than yours, there is a distinct possibility they may not be able to view your program. I always note the version I was using when I create a QT program as well as provide a link to Apple for upgrades.
