I wonder if someone could give me a solution to getting rid of the judders while panning. I'm shooting a hockey games in an ice rink where the lighting isn't that bad but every time I pan I get slightly blurry judders in the picture. I've only notice this once I've captured my footage in FCP and watched it. I'm using a GYHD100 with a Fujinon 13X3,5 wide angle lens shot at 720/30p. Is there settings I'm not using that would help?

Can you upload a small portion of the footage in question?
If you've captured in FCP then just export a second or so as a self-contained Quicktime without recompressing.

Make sure the motion smoothing feature is ON.

How do I upload it?
If the .mov is under 4.5MB you can just make a new post, then click the "Manage Attachments" button, choose the file and upload. It will then be attached to your post.
If your exported video is 2 seconds long it should equal 4.4MB.

It seems to be taking a while. It may be too big.

I just did a test and it got hung up during upload.
Do you want to just send me an email so I can take a peek?
My inbox can take up to 10MB of attachments
