Hi there,

I have a DVX100a camera and I've started doing some corporate projects which would benefit greatly from an autocue system. I've done a little searching on the web and I can't find anything cheaper than £2500 (which is way over my budget). These expensive systems include everything - the half-silvered glass, a TFT screen, a computer, the software etc.

What I'm looking for a package which includes JUST the half-silvered glass, the mounting apparatus and the some software which I can run on my laptop (i.e. I want to use my laptop as the "display device" for the autocue).

Do such systems exist? I'm 99% sure I saw an article about a year ago about an autocue system which uses a PDA.

Failing this, does anyone know of a cheap autocue system I could hire here in London?

Many thanks,
Jack
