Just deactivated Aspect hd for troubleshooting on another pc.

Got email from Cineform 'cannot deactivate... older software... deactivated already..'

Tried reinstalling but Aspect sure was deactivated and could not be activated again because the system code was changed.

Second time around I guess, but the first time I could install Aspect HD again, now I can't.
No hardware changes, no hard drive formatted...

Waiting for support :-)
