Which kind of Firewire do I need to connect a GL2 to one of the new style i-macs.

On Amazon they have 'Belkin Firewire Cable 6pin-4pin (1.8m)' - is that good?

Thanks

Justin, that's exactly what I have and it's great!
Belkin is supposed to be THE brand for cables --or one of the best. It costs a little more but will serve you well.

How much is it on Amazon?

They have it for £10.99 (that's UK pounds sterling).

That's about $30 (US), isn't it?

As I said, you can find firewire cables that are as cheap as $10 (or, even less than that), but since we're talking about $20 of difference (between the cheap and the expensive) why not spend the extra money and buy something that will last for a long time. Many people (in this forum too) have made complaints about (less expensive) firewire cables.

I say you go for it.

£10.99 is closer to $18, FWIW
