I'll be heading off to college after this year and I will be taking the next TV my parents buy with me (has to be HD). I would like to use this HDTV as a monitor hooked up to my comp. via HDMI and also to use it for field monitoring via HDMI (sony v1u). They want to spend right around $500. I need help choosing a TV that will be good for these uses. Any help is appreciated...thanks
