I used my camera to shoot an interview last night and then we transferred the video to my friend's Mac.
When I woke up this morning, I tried to watch one of the tapes we shot and all I got was a blank blue screen in the viewfinder. Then I put in some old tapes from past shoots and tried to play them and still got a blue screen. I tried to shoot new footage on a new tape and I got the same result when I tried to play it back.
Then, when I tried to transfer one of my old tapes to my laptop, one didn't work at all and the other transferred with horizontal gray bars and a distorted picture.
What the heck is wrong? Everything worked fine last night! I've barely used the camera and have treated it like a baby... what could be the problem?
