I'm looking for comparison stills of DV, HD w/film adapter, and 35mm film. I need it to be the same photo so that the comparison is relative. It would be preferred for the HD frame to be from the HVX if possible, but hey, sometom

In order for someone to do such a comparison would require access to all the hardware either in ownership or rental. Especially for the film and film-lens adapter nobody is going to pay out-of-pocket the costs involved in renting the gear, buying and processing the film and doing the transfer to an NLE, just for comparison sake.

Unless a magazine or other commercial entity were to fund such an effort - and they too would have to realize some benefit in the project in the form of referral sales or advertising - you'll never see a direct comparo of this type ever being made.
