I am fairly new to Vegas (a little over a month) and truly love the program compared to other NLEs I've used over the years. My purchase came with VASST (Vegas) Volumes 1-3 which are very helpful. I've read many comments about DSE's book on Vegas 6.

Having just come to Vegas in version 7e, my question is how much different is this version from version 6 and what's in DSE's book? Are there many things that work differently in v. 7 and would confuse me by reading DSE's book?

The features found in Vegas 6 are the same in Vegas 7 so it would be helpful in that regard. The things you won't find are the NEW features in Vegas 7. The basics of the book should be very helpful.
