DOF Machine...A tool for guerrilla movie makers
I don't now if this was posted before....I made a search but nope.
http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/dof/index.htm |
It has been linked before, I found it here:
http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthrea...threadid=23967 I think it has been thrown around in other threads also, I have seen it pop up every once in a while. The web site is very helpful and comprehensive and is a good starting point for anyone interested in a DOF adapter, perhaps there should be a new post on the forum: Beginners to DOF adapters: Guides, Tips, and Walkthroughs Well, back to studying for finals! "perhaps there should be a new post on the forum:
Beginners to DOF adapters: Guides, Tips, and Walkthroughs" Smells like a GREAT idea. |
Really great idea, I still haven't started reading through the thousand or so posts in the adapter threads. You don't get much answers from them either. The squeezie is: what works, what has been tried but doesn't work (as I think some of these are not actually dead ended but alternative sources of product may help), and alternative methords. With links to components and science. A DOF adapter FAQ.

I can offer a reward to someone who volunteers to write up such a FAQ for this forum.
|
Hey Chris, I'm going to give the FAQ a whirl and see how it turns out. I've started jotting down the popular questions, which are adding up quickly. I'll work on it when I can for the next few days to see how promising it looks. Then I'll drop you an email.

Sounds great, Nicholi -- please keep me posted!
