How good are Rode? TRRS cable edition

I've recently purchased a RØDECaster Pro for podcasts primarily, and it's a brilliant bit of gear. One of the features it has is the ability to do a wired connection into the panel from your smart phone, using a TRRS (Tip/Ring/Ring/Ring/Sleeve) connection. You will already be using this plug type when you plug in a set of ear bids with a mic for hands free use.

Mark from Manny's Music in Brisbane (whom I purchased from) told me how at the time of the RØDECaster Pro coming out, he searched for an actual 3.5 mm TRRS to TRRS cable to go between it and a phone and found that there were none. So he got on to the guys at Rode and they decided to manufacture one, which is the cable we have today (others of the same type may have appeared since, but you get the idea).

Not only are Rode incredibly awesome as previously discussed in this forum, but it also demonstrates the difference with a privately owned company (Matrox is another example) rather than an entity that is focused on answering to shareholders.

Er, there are plenty on ebay? In the UK they're really easy to get.

You can get them easily in Australia too, but likely won't have been available back in 2018. Mark is an audio industry type so I'm taking his word on it, and it's a good anecdote.
