interlacing difference between canon and panasonic..
Hi I have a quick question. On my previous canon xl1s when filming, exporting from premiere and using mainconcept mpeg encoder to encode to an mpeg I had no trouble. However with my new Panasonic DVX100 I have the horizontal lines on all footage that has been converted to mpeg. Unless I de interlace in premiere before i output to an avi. As well as this taking up a lot more time doesnt that lose some resolution?
Is there any reason why the pana should cause this problem that the canon never did. I am in the Uk and both cameras are PAL, editing on a PAL timeline. thanks David |
