What programs do you all use to get nice 3-D text for your projects? I have been using PhotoShop CS6, but I feel like there's an easier way with a standalone program.

Here's a start: Adobe Marketplace

In an earlier version of Photoshop they threw in a 3-d plugin that I used maybe once, it's obsolete now but there seems to be a bunch of them, just google 3-d text photoshop plugin....there may be stand-alone programs, at first glance didn't see any, but would they be compatible with Photoshop?

Bluff Titler is Awesome
Corel Motion Studio 3d is terrific as well

After effects. You then have animation as well.
