Cannot create titles cs6 prem pro help
 

Hi guys i am in the middle of two wedding edits, i did one a month ago and general titles where all good. Then last week I opened a malware by mistake but cleaned the computer and all ok and not sure if that was the problem anyway, but since that last project and the clean i cannot open any titles in prem pro cs6. When i click ctrl and T to get to the titles or any other route the titles loads but just hangs with the dreaded doughnut then if i click any where it goes white and closes down.
I have tried uninstalling prem pro and re-install and that has not helped although the computer is lighting quick now!!
Can anyone help and has been through this, i don't use a lot of titles but i am having to go through after effects and takes to long for simple fade in titles. steve

Ok sorted it, i got rid of all the preferences and fixed cheers
