Premiere HDR workflow?
Hi,
I´ve been fooling around with pseudo HDR on premiere and I´ve managed to get some interesting results but nowhere close to what I´m looking for. I´ve used 2 layers and then "applied" Soft Light between them. Then on lower layers I´ve messed around with the Shadows/Highlights option. The main issue is that when I export the video I get a sort of pulsing glow to the images. Did anyone have any luck with an HDRish workflow on Premiere? I´m not looking for that exaggerated HDR look, I´m looking for that HDR look that is as close as possible to reality. Any thoughts? Rafa |
Re: Premiere HDR workflow?
You need to turn off any auto adjustment on shadows/highlights, and set the values manually. This is where pulsing comes from, at least from my experience.
