Create Project Templates in Premiere?
 

For most of my projects, I use the same bin setup; so, I am wondering if there is a way to save this bin structure and easily apply it to new projects rather than having to create and name a bunch of bins.

Make a project with just the bin setup. With every new project open the bin project and save as....
