No Audio found when I made the DVD

I have a made a (auto play) DVD using APPro CS4. Video was ok but Audio was completely missing when I play back the DVD. I have used 1080/25p mode both in cemera and CS4 setting. Audio and Video playing ok on time line. Also I have rendered before I made the DVD. I have used the following method.

File>>Adobe Dynamic Link>>Send to Encore. Encore Launches.Name the disc Auto Play DVD and choosen the location of the folder >>Selected the DVD as the authoring mode >>OK.. Double click the time line object in the Encore Project Panel, which open a Timeline panel in Encore and a monitor windoso I can preview the video.>>Select End Action =Stop. Then File >>> Build >> Disc
This method will produced a DVD after few hours(5hrs)of processing. But No Audio. Video was ok. No error messages displayed found after making the DVD(about missing Audio).

Please let me know any other method or how to get the missing Audio into the DVD. Ur help is much appreciated.
