Saved - Custom effect presets
 
I am sure there is an easy answer to this. Is there a way to export custom effect presets from PP CS3, everytime I re-install I lose the saved presets I had, I thought they were saved under: C:\user_name\ Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\3.0

I know layouts are stored here but I cant seem to get effects presets back.
