Exporting 1 project into 2 seperate videos
Hi,
I have somewhat of a general question that I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I'm using Premiere Pro, but I imagine if it's possible it's similar to other versions (CS3, CS4). Basically my project is 14 minutes long. For youtube purposes (must be under 10 minutes), I want to break it up into 2 videos while exporting. I tried moving the project length slider on the CTI to about 9 minutes, but when I exported it still made the video the whole 14 minutes. Is there a way this can be done?? The only way I can think of, is save it as 3 files, the master file (as is), the first part (deleting the last 5 minutes or so), and the part 2 file (deleting out the first 9 minutes). Doable, but I'd prefer to find out if there's a more formal way to doing it. Thanks, |
Set the work area bar to the desired length and export the work area, not the sequence.

Exactly what I needed. Awesome, thanks!
