no 24 f preset?
 
I have CS3 and i only get HDV 1080p25 option. Whats the deal? Wheres my 24 frames per second option?

Hmm... doesn't look like I have a preset either, but just go to custom settings, HDV 1080p editing mode and timebase of 23.976fps, no fields, 24fps timecode. Then you can save your preset and won't have to do it again.
