Changing size of a group of photos
 
I have scanned 30 still photos and placed them on the timeline. Is there a way in which I can reduce the size of all of them as a group from say full screen to half screen with a black border or do I have to reduce them one at a time ?

Set the scale to what you want for the first clip, then copy and paste attributes to the other 29 clips.
