Anyone able to run Hollywood FX in CS3?

I've been able to find workarounds to get Pinnacle Hollywood FX to run in PP 1.0 and 1.5. I've just upgraded to CS3, but haven't succeeded (yet) in getting this plug-in to run. Has anyone been able to do this?
