Capturing from a JVC GY-HD110
Hi all,
Well one of my cameraman lend me is JVC camera. Win7 saw it as well as Vegas 9. I can take control of the cammy in through the capture window and I can start the capture. When I do so it does start to capture but nothing is captured?. The camera is rolling but the capture window says: " Video preview not available" and when I look in the folder where the files should be captured to, I see a lone file named "CaptureTemp_0000.m2t" but this file is empty at 0bytes. Sldo, once I stop the capture this file disappear, which should be logical since it is a temp file I will try on my other machine which has V10 but in the mean time anybody got a suggestion? Thanks, Phil ps, V10 yields the same results... Last edited by Phil Gosselin; December 6th, 2010 at 03:13 PM. |

Sorry to follow up on this thread with such a delay but I've been kinda swamped lately.
In any case things turn out to work. Maybe it was mystical forces or divine intervention but it just started to work. Once it did I captured all the 12 hours I needed to capture in one mean streak. Phil |
