The title of this excellent 39 minute video is "F*ck You, Pay Me!"
(If you don't like the F word, please don't watch it.)

You'll recognize that phrase from the famous scene in "Goodfellas".
Presenter Mike Monteiro uses that phrase to drive home his point — you must have a contract if you want to protect yourself and get paid. He gave the talk to San Francisco/CreativeMornings recently. Even though the audience seems to be mostly print & web designers, it's also relevant to video producers.

. . . and by the way, he brought his lawyer!
