Here are some pics of my shooting-ready Z7.

Now it's also transportation ready!

Does a magnifying glass come with it so we can actually see it?

Apparently not, but your computer probably comes with a mouse. Click on the picture.

sorry bruce.. i am not allowed to upload pictures here, so i did it on another way. i tried to enlarge the pics by clicking on it with safari and firefox on my mac and it's working great.

but here are the links to the pics (for all poor windows user ;-):

http://www.bilder-space.de/show.php?...bcr9PXXKvy.jpg

and here the description of the equipment i bought:

RYCOTE 10cm/MH SOFTIE WINDSHIELD - RYS10M
BRACKET1 HD WIRELESS CAMERA BRACKET
AGK wireless lavalier set (working fantastic!!)
MILLER arrow tripod
PELI transportation case
TIFFEN Filter Set
Additional Sony NPF 970 Accus
Sony HVL 20DW2

..by the way.. has anyone tested that SWIT S2010 cameralight..?

i would like to order one and i asked the distributor, if it is possible to unscrew the clamp from the battery-holder... they told me "yes" and so it would be perfect to mount the battery on my bracket 1.

I did a review in summer '06 for that light, when it was under the Varizoom name. They've since gotten rid of it and was picked up by Swit.

In short, it's a decent light, but the battery attachment can be difficult to mount (esp. in a convenient location) and the doors are cheap plastic. The light is about a 40W equivalent if I remember correctly. Overall it was decent in color, throw, etc., but did not have the spread of LitePanels, or the Sony LBP light, the latter two of which faired much better.
